After his graduation in the year 1977, Sri Baldev Singh Bhatti had joined Titagarh Paper Mills Co. Ltd. in their multicrore modernization project with responsibility in execution of all type of jobs which include heavy steel framed/R.C.C industrial buildings with crane facilities, heavy machine foundations, R.C.C storage towers, raw water/effluent treatment plant, different type of heavy process/water pipe lines, erection of heavy equipments/machineries etc.
